To get to know the WHOLE you, I will always gather and review updates with you in each session (as appropriate):
- weight trends 
- diagnostic tests, including labs 
- GI and non-GI symptoms 
- current medications 
- vitamin, mineral, and/or herbal supplements 
- prebiotic and/or probiotics 
- relationship to diet 
- your way of nourishment (diet, enteral/parenteral nutrition) 
- foods, fluids, portions, eating habits, and eating environments 
- level of physical activity 
- stress and mindfulness 
- sleep patterns 
Together, step by step, we will set goals and develop a written plan that you feel like you can practice with to feel better, enhance your strengths, and work through the barriers of nutrition. I will partner with your healthcare team to coordinate and advocate for the implementation of the plan.
