To get to know the WHOLE you, I will always gather and review updates with you in each session (as appropriate):

  • weight trends

  • diagnostic tests, including labs

  • GI and non-GI symptoms

  • current medications

  • vitamin, mineral, and/or herbal supplements

  • prebiotic and/or probiotics

  • relationship to diet

  • your way of nourishment (diet, enteral/parenteral nutrition)

  • foods, fluids, portions, eating habits, and eating environments

  • level of physical activity

  • stress and mindfulness

  • sleep patterns

Together, step by step, we will set goals and develop a written plan that you feel like you can practice with to feel better, enhance your strengths, and work through the barriers of nutrition. I will partner with your healthcare team to coordinate and advocate for the implementation of the plan.
